They are looking for a Consultant who specialises in Stroke Medicine on either a substantive or NHS Fixed Term basis. This Trust is located in one of the most outstandingly beautiful countryside's in Northern England where many people visit to relax and unwind.
This is a full time position which supports sub specialty interests, the department will look at options of providing specialty cover through a departmental job plan if a strong candidate has an interest in other areas which fits into the elderly medicine strategic vision for the Trust.
The Acute stroke unit has 23 beds and the stroke rehabilitation unit has 22 beds, there are no long-stay beds.
