Responsibilities
- Prepare facility letters and security documents for conventional and Islamic banking facilities.
- Review executed documentation, verify signatory authority, and support limit release processes.
- Manage collateral registration, pledge creation, release, and related record updates.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and approval conditions.
- Identify and elevate documentation exceptions, deficiencies, and associated risks.
- Coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders on documentation matters.
- Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and operational records.
- Support process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and UAT activities.
- Deliver timely responses and high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
