Consultant Paediatrician with Sp Int in Respiratory Medicine

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant in General Paediatrics with a Special Interest in Respiratory Medicine.

The successful candidate will provide consultant-led care across acute, inpatient and ambulatory paediatric services and participate in the paediatric on-call rota. They will support the development and delivery of specialist respiratory services, providing high-quality care in line with national standards.

The post holder will have expertise in managing paediatric respiratory conditions, including asthma, recurrent wheeze, chronic cough, bronchiectasis and sleep-disordered breathing. Working within a multidisciplinary team, they will collaborate with specialist nurses, allied health professionals, primary care and tertiary centres to deliver integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
