The Aga Khan University is recruiting a Consultant Ophthalmologists , based in Pakistan.
The successful candidate will:
- Providing comprehensive ophthalmic care, including the diagnosis and management of wide range of ocular diseases
- Performing a wide range of ophthalmic procedures, including cataract surgeries and laser treatments
- Supporting community eye care initiatives and outreach activities in the region (as part of a hub and spoke eye care model)
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Teaching and training learners (medical students and residents) and allied health personnel (including community health and lady health workers, optometrists, nurses and technicians/technologists).
