Consultant M&A, International Tax – Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Take on diverse and highly demanding advisory assignments in M&A and international tax.
• Active project work from day one.
• Support in tax structuring and advisory services under international tax law.
• Possibility of a temporary assignment to the Swiss Tax Desk in New York.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or law.
• Interest in proactive advisory work.
• Practical experience in business and law is a plus.
• Team player with determination, commitment, numerical aptitude and quick comprehension.
• German and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in M&A and international tax advisory, with a strong foundation in tax structuring and compliance. Proficient in both German and English, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
