Responsibilities
- Perform professional duties of an internist in adherence to the Delineation of Privileges, based on individual efficiency and skills.
- Conduct assessment and re‑assessment of all patients in the OPD on admission and prior to any procedure.
- Carry out duties in the Cardiology outpatient clinic, evaluating patients with cardiovascular disease.
- Provide care to in‑patients admitted under your/her care.
- Provide on‑call emergency coverage for cardiology emergencies.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient information and administrative matters of a confidential nature.
- Demonstrate dependability in carrying out commitments and obligations of the position.
- Show ability to listen to others, promoting effective communication.
- Develop a thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures, and demonstrate respect for them.
