Overview: Strategic Customer Engagement (SCE) drives to increase membership growth and retention by engaging customers and consumers across worksites, schools, and at home. SCE amplifies KP -s unique health and well-being capabilities through messaging, expert consultation, and value-added programs. The Workforce Health (WFH) Consultant partners with Sales & Account Management (S/AM) in meeting the workforce health needs of customers, brokers, and consultants and is responsible for increasing engagement, member satisfaction, and retention. The WFH Consultant is a workforce health subject matter expert and is responsible for helping employer workforce populations improve their health and well-being and better manage chronic conditions.
