Strategic Consulting and Program Execution (SCPE) is part of the Kaiser Health Plan Operations within the Membership Administration and Benefits Administration Consulting, Analytics, and Business Services (CABS) team. We provide consulting services, business solutions, and program management for cross-functional, national (or multi-market) projects. We also manage core membership administration products.
