**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible to evaluate, develop and implement projects and programs throughout the assigned hospitals/areas, in accordance to the mission, vision, SOC goals, and strategic plans of the organization, and in response to financial, legal and community needs.
+ Collaborates with the senior management team, departmental directors and managers, medical staff, team members and community agencies.
