This is a remote position. About the Role: The role focuses on building and scaling Bhumis college club ecosystem to drive a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among youth while owning one specific outcome within it: turning club volunteers and college relationships into a strong, consistent Fellowship pipeline. Success looks like a predictable, trackable funnel from club engagement to Fellowship hire, with clear visibility at every stage from the first conversation to the application. About the Program: Bhumi is building one of Indias largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities.
