The Opportunity

Zurich Canada is looking for a Construction Underwriting Specialist, Middle Market – Eastern Region to lead underwriting and management of complex accounts, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position is open to Montreal or Quebec City. Reporting to the VP, Middle Market, Eastern Region, the specialist will analyze and underwrite new and renewal business, proactively engage brokers and agents, assess risk, negotiate terms, and serve as a key contact for target accounts. The role also involves supporting cross‑selling, contributing to product development, and providing coaching to colleagues.
