Construction Technology Analyst

As a Construction Technology Analyst for PCL Constructors Inc. in Ottawa, Ontario, you'll have the opportunity to support critical construction operations by delivering reliable, innovative technology solutions that enable teams to build the communities where we live and work.

Responsibilities

• Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.
• District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support.
• Creates and delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
• Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues.
• Accurate and timely logging of problems, and resolutions to problems, in problem-management database.
