Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Bismark Construction Corp has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee public works projects who is familiar with the rules and regulations of public works projects.

Our customers are State, County, and Municipal entities located in New Jersey. As such, we are seeking a Superintendent to manage high end commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in all facets of construction and a demonstrated ability to effectively translate the owner's vision into reality. Additionally, candidates should have strong written and oral communications and the ability to manage subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule and under budget.
