Day-to-day field supervision of all construction activities, including oversight of subcontractors and third-party vendors Maintain and drive the project schedule, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the timeline Manage the project budget through expense control, approvals, and timely review of submittals and deliverables Serve as the primary field point of contact for inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and city and county officials Collaborate closely with internal Project Managers, Design Managers, and Development Managers to keep all project goals on track Review construction document packages for procurement and develop detailed scopes of w...
