We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with strong experience in ground up construction and sitework.
Responsibilities
+ Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work that meets the approved project schedule.
+ Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
+ Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to proactively anticipate potential problems.
+ Obtain or verify that subcontractors obtain all necessary permits for construction purposes.
+ Establish credibility among owners, trade contractors, unions, and other project partners by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment.
+ Act as the primary safety representative in the field and enforce safety compliance with all trades.
+ Lead contractor meetings on a regular basis....
