Construction Sales Consultant - Northern LA

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Business-to-Business sales experience including experience using various sales techniques such as Consultative or Solution Based Selling.
+ Previous construction management experience.
+ Proficiency in blueprint, schematics, CAD, and RFQ requirements.

**Job Summary**

Achieves annual sales and profitability targets via sales penetration in assigned territory, while managing all technical and quality assurance aspects of installation projects. Oversees labor of subcontractors, recruitment, training, and monitors customer satisfaction in a defined geographic location(s). This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle, or a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
