Construction Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota on a Contract basis. This position will focus on identifying and engaging specialized talent for complex vertical construction hiring needs, supporting critical project staffing efforts across multiple markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong sourcing mindset, excels at managing candidate flow, and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment after an initial onsite ramp-up period.

Responsibilities:
• Drive high-volume sourcing strategies to identify professionals with relevant experience for vertical construction positions, including project managers, superintendents, estimators, and quality and safety leaders.
