Responsibilities
Day-to-day scheduling of vendors, getting construction project proposals, writing contracts, expense budget management. Site improvement strategies through the direct supervision of Director of Facility Services for all new and existing properties on a market-by-market and site-by-site basis. Develop and maintain a pipeline of vendors and general contractors in different states/regions Manage vendor administration, onboarding, compliance, scheduling, document management and project close-out, including insurance certificates, new vendor training, software system maintenance and compliance. Aid in the preparation of yearly facility capital improvement budgets by reviewing proposed and recommended work and providing an expenditure forecast on projects, which may include traveling to properties to understand existing conditions, identify and prioritize capital expenditures.
