Construction Project Manager - Pharma Facility

We’re seeking **Construction Project Manager** to work for one of our top **Construction Industry client at Toa Baja, PR** .
**Compensation: Open to negotiation (W-2 position with fringe benefits)**
**Shift: Administrative shift**
**Requirements:**

+ **Must be based in Puerto Rico and have strong Puerto Rico construction-market knowledge for a pharmaceutical facility construction project.**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
+ More than 5 years of relevant project-management experience working in Puerto Rico.
+ Experience managing local subcontractors, suppliers, permits, and inspections.
+ Experience on industrial, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or complex MEP projects.
+ Strong commercial, scheduling, contract-administration, and client-communication skills.
