Construction Project Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 110k/year - Fredericksburg, VA
AllSearch Recruiting is searching for a Construction Project Manager for our client in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordination and managing construction projects, including budgeting, construction management, and project management tasks and will have expertise in commercial glazed curtainwall, storefront, and exterior panel construction for project management to accurately assess project costs and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Analyze project specifications and architectural plans to prepare accurate cost estimates, including interpreting requirements for glazing and facade elements in commercial projects such as education facilities, offices, hospitals, college dormitories, and institutional buildings up to 10 stories tall; ensure no involvement in residential, maintenance, or repair work.
