Construction Project Manager

My client in Chicago, IL is hiring for a PM II/Sr. PM in their Industrial/Cold Storage sector. They are a very well-renowned, commercial General Contractor based right there in the city. Project pipeline is very abundant, with repeat business backlogged for years to come.

Ideal Candidates Must:

• Possess around 8-14 years of experience with large-scale construction projects, at least a few completed within the industrial sector
• Have some budgeting experience; there is an estimating/pre-con team, but still needs to be familiar with that process
• Be based in or have previously lived in the Greater Chicago area or surrounding Midwestern regions (SE Wisconsin, NW Indiana, Indianapolis & Detriot Metro)
