Construction Project Engineer Jr

This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience (less than one year) who are eager to learn the fundamentals of construction project management, specifically in concrete-focused projects. The trainee will assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting field operations while gaining hands‑on experience in construction processes.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or in progress).
• Less than one year of experience in construction (internships or co‑op experience a plus).
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
