Construction Manager/Assistant Project Manager (Civil & Architecture) (KL/JB)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project progress, technical works, and related activities.
• Define project scope, allocate budgets, develop work programmes, and establish quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify discrepancies between tender drawings and actual site conditions.
• Identify and mitigate risks involved in project delivery.
• Estimate risk and change budgets, communicating impacts of changes or risks to top management.
• Direct and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring acceptance of necessary changes due to site conditions.
• Control changes and recommend corrective or preventive actions to anticipate potential problems.
• Prioritize project completion within or well ahead of budget and schedule while meeting client needs, acceptance criteria, business objectives, and design guidelines.
