Construction Manager

**Amentum** is seeking a **Construction Manager** located in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Construction Manger manages large and complex building or facility construction and/or repair/alteration projects from design to completion.

**Job Requirements:**

+ Uses professional concepts, practical experience and CM software systems to resolve issues in creative and effective ways.
+ Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
+ Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
+ Oversees projects including duties to provide technical oversight, perform design and specification reviews, produce weekly project reports, construction inspections, coordinate monitors and escorts, review construction submittals, escort contractors, review shop drawings, monitor the project schedule and budgets.
