Construction Manager

Position is set for Construction Team Leader in SGP Tuas Project.

Role and Responsibilities

• Construction Manager will be responsible for construction initiating, planning, executing, controlling and construction closing-out to ensure project delivery successfully.
• Construction Manager will be responsible for construction team performance, to build construction team, to develop construction workflow and procedures, to monitor day-to-day construction activities, to identify any deviations and any opportunities to improve.
• In addition, Construction Manager works with other teams to develop/review HSE Plan, procurement plan, QA/QC Plan, interface management, acceptance and handover plan for CQV.
• Early involvement during engineering phase, reviewing drawings and conducting constructability study, to support engineering optimization.
