Construction Manager

Job responsibilities :
Project Management & Scheduling: Understand Primavera P6 to track critical paths, progress S-curves, and man-hour resource histograms.
Digital Construction Tools: Experience utilizing modern project management platforms, document control systems, and custom digital construction dashboards or tracking apps.
Engineering Document Literacy: Ability to confidently review and interpret 3D CAD models (Navisworks), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
General Productivity: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel for construction reporting, progress claims, and metric tracking.
Deep understanding of seawater desalination processes, high-pressure piping systems, modular fabrication, and marine-grade material selection (e.g., duplex stainless steel, anti-corrosion coatings).
