Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced construction manager who will become part of our site-based team in the Philippines. Our site office is located in Tarlac City and will oversee the construction of a major industrial plant of a global beverage brand. The expected project duration is around 12-14 months with a chance for extension (depending on the project). Housing allowance may also be provided.

What you do as construction manager

The construction manager will be reporting to the construction director of the project. Major tasks and responsibilities are the following:

• leads all onsite construction management and supervision activities under Haskoning scope
• manages schedule execution, site coordination, and contractor performance
• interfaces daily with client
