Construction Manager - Life & Security Systems

The Life Safety Systems Construction Manager will work within the Construction Management department and will report to Electrical Project Manager. They will work closely with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople to address complex electrical coordination issues. The Life Safety Systems Construction Manager will manage the Electrical Team and lead our onsite Electrical quality control efforts, which will include document review during preconstruction through commissioning and punch list. This position will be fully onsite at the project located in Boise, ID.
SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $140,000   DOE + Incentives

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Oversee electrical subcontractor and vendor installation work daily to ensure they are maintaining their installation schedule, support system startup, and commissioning activities.
