Construction Manager

Description: Manage all day-to-day site operations from establishment to project handover Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Plan daily activities and monitor progress against project programmes Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Conduct site quality inspections and identify defects Ensure defects are rectified timeously Monitor labour productivity and manage workforce performance Control material usage, plant, and equipment on site Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions Manage project timelines and reduce delays and cost overruns Requirements: Minimum 510 years proven experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager in residential and commercial construction National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or related field (advantageous) Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport Proven ability to accurately interpret and impleme...
