Construction Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a hands-on Construction Manager/ Superintendent to lead crews on a large project at SoFi Stadium. This person will oversee daily work, manage teams in the field, and help keep the project moving. They need to be comfortable stepping in and helping when needed - not just supervising.

• Manage multiple field crews (cable pulling, installs, testing, etc.)
• Oversee day-to-day work on site
• Help coordinate tasks and keep project on track
• Support installation work when needed (hands-on)
• Guide teams on routing cable, mounting equipment, and installs
• Ensure work is completed correctly and on time
