EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of any Engineering course.

With more than 10 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects (vertical and horizontal).

Preferably a Licensed Engineer.  Highly knowledgeable in construction methods and system.

Highly familiar with engineering codes & technical standards.

Computer proficient and Project Scheduling applications.

Above average communication skills, people-oriented, and with excellent leadership qualities. 

Knowledgeable in conflict resolution.

IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure effective and efficient management of project execution.

Prepare detailed Construction Schedule.

Ensure complete, accurate and timely issuance of BOM (Bill of Materials).

Ensure effective and efficient project resource load.
