Responsibilities
- Monitor construction bidding platforms for residential and commercial renovation opportunities
- Research project details and maintain an organized pipeline of active bids
- Upload project documentation into AI estimating software and review generated estimates
- Submit completed estimates to general contractors and project owners
- Follow up with prospective clients to confirm receipt and answer general questions
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily summaries of lead activity
Requirements
- Previous lead generation, sales support, or business development experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Workspace
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on a Monday through Friday schedule
- High level of organization and attention to detail
