**Job Description**
The Construction Laborer performs a wide range of general construction tasks, including site cleanup, basic use of power tools, and support for digging and other manual labor activities at an active work site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general construction labor tasks to support ongoing projects.
+ Clean up work areas, remove debris, and maintain a safe and organized job site.
+ Assist with digging ditches and trenches as directed.
+ Operate basic power tools and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
+ Move, load, and unload materials and tools around the work site.
+ Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks.
+ Comply with all safety procedures and use appropriate tools and equipment correctly.
+ Support other team members with manual labor and site preparation as needed.
