Construction Laborer

**Job Title: Carpenter Laborer ($30/HR)**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on commercial interior construction, including metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, and acoustical ceiling systems. You will work from construction drawings to install framing, drywall, RF foil, insulation, and acoustical ceilings in accordance with project specifications, while maintaining high quality and safety standards on active commercial job sites.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install 16-gauge cold-formed metal framing in accordance with project specifications and construction drawings.
+ Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall to achieve the required finish levels and a high-quality appearance.
+ Install RF foil and related insulation or barrier systems as specified in project documentation.
+ Install acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) grid systems and ceiling tiles to meet design and performance requirements.
