**Job Title: Skilled Construction Laborer**

**Job Description**

The Skilled Construction Laborer supports a wide range of commercial construction activities, with a strong focus on concrete work, EIFS and stucco, and general site operations. You will work hands-on with tools and equipment, assist multiple trades, and help keep projects on schedule while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized jobsite.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform skilled construction labor tasks including demolition, framing support, concrete work, structural repair, flatwork, site preparation, and material handling.
+ Perform EIFS and stucco-related tasks as part of exterior finishing work.
+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively for concrete, carpentry, and general construction activities.
+ Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades as needed to support overall project progress.
