**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and oil forms for concrete structures.
+ Lay mesh and tie reinforcing bars and steel.
+ Set inserts and strike off surfaces.
+ Strip forms and clean up work areas.
+ Show consistent improvement in utilizing construction skills.
+ Remain involved in productive work throughout the day and inform the Crew Leader of availability for additional tasks.
+ Attend work regularly and on time, adhering to company policy.
+ Demonstrate loyalty to the company and mutual respect for other personnel.
