About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector (CI) to provide full time, on site inspection and documentation services for a major U.S. Coast Guard infrastructure recapitalization project. The CI will monitor daily construction activities, verify compliance with contract documents, support contract administration, and maintain detailed project records. This position serves as an advisor to the Government's project team and does not direct contractor means or methods. Key Responsibilities Perform daily on site inspections of mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and architectural work. Document progress through Daily Construction Reports, photos, and a bound daily diary. Review schedules, submittals, test reports, payment requests, and certified payrolls.
