Responsibilities
- To manage overall site operation.
- To ferry worker in and out.
- To manage delivery tools, equipments and materials.
- To liaise with client, consultant and main contractor.
- To manage site inspection and handling over.
- To monitor site progress and prepare weekly and monthly report.
- To work overtime to meet construction schedule when necessary.
- To manage construction and shop drawings for construction purpose.
