Construction Foreman

General contractor hiring a foreman to oversee commercial construction projects. Duties include supervising carpenters, sub-contractors (Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Masonry, painting). Scheduling work, material deliveries. Must be able to read blue prints, basic computer skills- (micro soft word, e-mail, submittals review). Minimum 5 years as foreman or superintendent experience.
