**Position Summary:**

Prepares estimates for construction rebuild projects. Markets to potential clients, including adjusters and end users.

**NOTE:** Previous restoration experience is required, as is Xactimate software expertise.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Markets to potential customers, including national accounts, adjusters, end users, etc.
+ Establishes a network and vets qualified subcontractors for the various trades.
