Construction Estimator & Contracts Admin (Iloilo)

Role snapshot:

• Full-time | Day Shift
• Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor, Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft products and estimation tools such as Job Management System, Groundplan, Ascora, Microsoft Excel, and EstimateOne .
• Strong understanding of demolition and/or construction processes, materials, cost estimation, and residential and commercial projects.

What You'll Be Working On

• Draft scopes of work, procure subcontractor quotes, and help finalize head contracts and purchase orders.
• Gather project documentation, develop cost estimates, perform material and labor take-offs, and manage tender requests to ensure sustainable profits and resource efficiency.
