Construction Estimator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Estimator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the Construction Estimator role Salary: £60,000 Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm Responsibilities of the Construction Estimator Prepare cost estimates, tender pricing and bid submissions Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation Obtain and analyse quotations Quantity take-offs and cost analysis Highlight potential risks Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors Support project handovers Requirements for a successful Construction Estimator Previous experience in estimating within commercial/industrial construction Solid knowledge of construction methods and materials Competence in interpreting technical drawings and specifications Strong numerical ability alongside analytical and communication skills Skilled in Microsoft O...
