The purpose of this position is to manage the store construction and maintenance process for 30+ retail stores in Europe. Direct the store construction process and manage store maintenance for future European stores.
What you'll do
Store construction functions
- Fully liaise with the corporate design/construction department for consistent store implementation throughout Europe.
- Review architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for accuracy and completeness.
- Periodic site visits to new stores under development/construction or maintenance issues.
- Manage the construction process including vendor purchase orders and management.
- Establish construction budgets.
- Generate construction timelines and schedules.
