Responsibilities
- Manage compliance documentation including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and W-9 forms
- Support project administration by drafting change orders and organizing project files
- Process invoices from vendors and subcontractors and ensure data accuracy
- Provide client communication and front-desk support via email and phone
- Conduct basic lead follow-up and assist with scheduling
- Assist with social media posting and uploading project progress photos
- Maintain project and client information within CRM and project management systems like JobTread
Requirements
- Previous administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
