- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of A&A projects for retail malls and B1 industrial spaces, implementing strategies to ensure minimal disruption to existing tenants and daily operations.
- Partner with internal Leasing, Operations, and Finance teams to define comprehensive project scopes, feasibility studies, and budget allocations.
- Navigate and manage all submissions to local authorities (including BCA, URA, SCDF, and NEA ) to secure necessary permits and ensure strict adherence to prevailing building codes.
