Constituency Management Executive (East)

This is a contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Bedok

1 year (August 2026 to August 2027)

• Support Constituency Office (CO) with ongoing outreach and engagement to residents, as well as upcoming outreach and engagement to seniors for the vaccination booster ops.
• Perform Community Club (CC) frontline counter duties.
• Provide support to CC operations related to COVID-19 social and community efforts and other essential services to residents.
• Provide administrative support.
• Assist with facilities management.
• Assist staff as directed by supervisors.

• Possess pleasant and positive personality, an aptitude for service work and able to work with people of different backgrounds.
• Prior experience in customer service would be advantageous.
