**Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.**
**This position will be driving to see participants in Solano, Napa and part of Sonoma counties.**
**Schedule** : 40 hours/week (day and evening shift available)-availability to work on weekends may be needed
The Constant Care Attendant creates and develops cognitive and sensory programs in the three activity spheres of Productivity, Self-Care, and Leisure to engage the participants in the PACE program. Facilitates individual activities to complement the uniqueness of each person. Uses a person-centered approach to maintain a healthy social environment for the adults.
