  • Urban design studies
  • Conservation area management
  • Historic buildings and heritage matters
  • Housing regeneration projects
  • Planning appeals
  • Conservation and design‑related policy development
• Take a lead role in your area of expertise, ensuring work is delivered effectively, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.
• Provide a consistent, timely, and effective advisory service on all design and conservation matters to Development Management colleagues.
