Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Software Architect with deep expertise across AWS, DevOps, and software development, capable of leading end-to-end architecture decisions for complex cloud-based solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, architecture design, and business alignment, with a strong focus on contact center solutions using AWS Connect.

The idóneo candidate understands not only infrastructure and deployment, but also application design, data flows, and business impact.

You will act as the technical authority for projects, guiding teams, making high-level decisions, and ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
