Are you a young talented european Confectioner with chocolates experience and passion for creating exquisite desserts?

An international luxury ocean cruise group is seeking a hands‑on European national Confectioner to join their team. Previous experience in luxury hotels and gourmet settings is a plus.

This is a unique opportunity to travel the world while showcasing your culinary skills.

The cruise has 4 restaurants on board and the confectioner, along the pastry team, will be producing for the different outlets on board.

Requirements

• To be available to start July 28th in Alaska and/or November 2nd in Asia.
• At least 3 years on a similar role in a gourmet establishment.
• To have previous chocolaterie experience.
• Available to start working end of July or/and September 2024.
• To speak fluent English.
• To hold a European passport.
